Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative for Devil’s Logic Brewing, you will be on the front line, representing our award-winning lineup of beers throughout Charlotte and Mecklenburg County. You will be responsible for servicing existing retail relationships and establishing new retail partners to expand product distribution channels. In addition, you will develop, coordinate, and represent the company at promotional and festival events. Below is a detailed summary of the position’s responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Brand Identity

• Convey brand message tall clients and the community at large
• Maintain knowledge of all current and soon to be released products

Ekos management software

• Addition of all new and potential client companies Addition of key personal for each client
• Communicate and critical / required delivery dates Input all invoices by close of business each day
• Use customer management portal for all tracking

Sales tracking for Retail stores

• Use of tablet with google docs for tracking
• Visit key contact at each store weekly
• Provide detailed notations of each contact for coordination with delivery and
  merchandizing team
• Maintain record of the competitions pricing and promotions

Merchandizing

• Secure premium locations for all products
• Boxout / front all products
• Restock all products
• Rotate stock to maintain first in / first out sales

Meet with Production and Distribution manager on a weekly basis Review inventory levels

• Develop strategies for developing new clients
• Relate any client challenges
• Relate any opportunities requiring team resources Set sales goals – quarterly
• Refine strategy – quarterly

Brand Events

• Secure tasting events at retail stores (minimum of one per month)
• Host client staff events at the brewery for education and relationship building
• Register and participate in craft beer related events. (tastings, festivals, etc.)
• Coordinate for staff needs and brand ambassador participation.

Record Keeping

• Maintain and submit driving log
• Timely submission of expense reports
