Job Responsibility
- Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
- Verify identification and age requirements of customers
- Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Assess guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Follow all Devil’s Logic procedures at or above expected level
- You will be cross trained with other areas of the brewery
Work Environment
- Ability to work on your feet for long periods of time including bending, walking, and standing.
- Able to lift up to 60 pounds
- Comfortable and efficient in a fast paced environment
- The Brewery can be loud and could be exposed to hazards such as slips, trips, and falls
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including off-site events
